Welcome Letter Frank S. Wardzinski

Frank S. Wardzinski

Since 1997, BRAVO! has grown to represent one of the largest facility support companies in the country.  To keep the momentum of success moving forward, we have made numerous investments as we enthusiastically head into 2018.  Throughout 2017, we have focused on realignment of our HR, Finance, Continuous Improvement, and Leadership teams to better support our divisions and regions.  Earlier this year, we created the position of Executive Vice President to support our growing organization and hired Dan Beck to fill this role.  Dan brings with him a genuine understanding of the challenges and needs of our clients after having been a client of BRAVO! for many years while managing site services for JLL/Novartis throughout North and South America. At the end of 2017, we will see the retirement of three members of our senior leadership team: Jim Vosburg, Joe Jacobs and John Parrish.  Each of them has made a lasting impression on our organization and will have left large shoes to fill.  Our team has worked diligently and strategically in filling these key positions with highly respected business leaders in each market.  They each bring incredible experience, innovation, dedication, and best practices to our team.

Dorel Watley, RBSM has been hired as Regional Vice President to support our operations in the Northern Virginia and Carolina regions.  Dorel is working closely with Jim Vosburg and John Parrish in transitioning the day to day management and oversight of our commercial and healthcare operations.  He is an industry veteran having spent the past 10+ years with Cavalier/Red Coats running their janitorial operations.

James Gorman joins our team as Regional Vice President, supporting our business in the Philadelphia and Delaware regions.  Jim is working closely with Joe Jacobs and is familiar with many of our clients, as he most recently served for the past 29 years as Managing Partner and Senior Vice President of AlliedBarton Security Services in the Philadelphia market.

In addition, to our organizational realignment and leadership enhancements, we have been busy developing and implementing a new Performance Driven Management (PDM) platform to replace CleanTelligent.  Our new PDM program has been fully customized for our operations and allows our team to inspect/track continuous improvement and build/compare scope of work based on industry standards developed by ISSA, BSCAI and APPA. PDM also allows us to create numerous dashboards, reports, and graphs to measure, manage, and report on client KPIs and SLAs.  This new platform is a break-through innovation.

We believe these improvements will continue to make us a stronger, more focused, industry leading solutions provider.  As always, we continue to thank our loyal clients, teammates, and business partners…your insight, feedback, and trust continue to motivate us to deliver our exceptional best.

We are excited for 2018…stay tuned!

Respectfully,
