Maria Amaya from Kaiser Permanente Tysons has been awarded Rising Star – Employee of the Month for the month of April 2016 in recognition for her team work spirit and commitment to quality.
Her Manager, Anthony Long, expressed “Maria has made it a point to learn all the positions at the KP Tysons location. Maria is a very vital asset to our team as she assist us with covering during staff shortages. She is very efficient and safety cautious. She is very reliable and works well without supervision. There is not a day I don’t call her for assistance and there’s not a day that she hasn’t said no.”
