Accordingly, CIMS-GB certification demonstrates an organization’s capability to assist customers in achieving LEED-EBOM points and offers customers assurance that the organization they select is prepared to partner with them in the LEED process.

Mark Schnurr, RBSM, Senior Vice President of Bravo! Facility Services, sixteen-year member and Past President of the Capital Chapter represents BRAVO! locally as it’s senior management executive. Mark is responsible for day-to-day management of Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia and North Carolina operations, including business development, client retention, and account executive responsibility. Mark feels that ISSA’s new Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) was an excellent fit with BRAVO!’s already stringent policies focusing on management, training, environmental safety and operations. Jim Vosburg, RBSM, REH, Regional Vice President of BRAVO! Facility Services has over forty-years experience as a Facility Manager and Executive Housekeeper. Jim assists BRAVO! locally overseeing a large portfolio of Health Care Facilities and was instrumental in the development of BRAVO!’s certified GreenPath Green Cleaning Program. Jim also saw the value in attaining certification and states that “We thought it would give us the opportunity to validate through an outside source, our programs, policies and procedures.” Jim also believes that “We think we do a great job of delivering Customer satisfaction, but we knew it would be beneficial for an outside assessment to confirm it”.

BRAVO! has integrated their certified GreenPath Green Cleaning Program across a Customer portfolio of over 42 million square feet from Connecticut to North Carolina. BRAVO!’s Customer base has seven LEED Certified facilities including The National Association of Realtors LEED SILVER facility in Washington, DC and RBS LEED GOLD North American Headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut.
