BRAVO! Business Continuity Update

In response to local government decisions to shut down businesses in a continued attempt to control the spread of COVID-19, we wanted to provide an update on our efforts.  BRAVO! has been on the front lines of this fight against COVID-19 for the past three weeks…our team has stepped up and has gone above and beyond the call to duty on so many occasions. Notes of gratitude and sincere appreciation from our clients have been very meaningful to all of us.

The BRAVO! team has responded to over 55 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and well over 100 suspected cases. We are committed to putting the safety and well-being of our teammates, clients, and communities first.  As the evolving situation with the Coronavirus continues to expand, we are taking the necessary steps to protect those that we value most.  In the effort to support physical distancing to minimize the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented several short-term changes:

  1. We are focused on keeping our teammates employed during this time of national crisis. We ask that you engage with us during periods of low occupancy over the next 30 days to keep our teams on site to sanitize and disinfect work surfaces and areas in order to maintain a healthy work environment. We are flexible to work with you on other routine tasks throughout your facility that can benefit from our labor and on-site knowledge of your facility and security badging.

  1. Our corporate office in Bridgewater, New Jersey, is fully functioning and operating with all staff working remotely, and our regional offices in Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina are also operating with full capacity.  All employees have been equipped with the technology and tools required to continue to work remotely so that we can service of our clients seamlessly. We are connected through our cloud-based business systems, and our teammates are equipped to remain fully operational during this crisis.

  1. Essential field personnel and our Operations teams, working on-site at client locations deemed to be essential businesses, continue to follow CDC guidelines and local government executive orders as they travel between our facilities and job sites. All teammates have been given letters on company letterhead indicating they are essential workers and allowed to work past any public curfews.

  1. BRAVO! has worked diligently in creating procedures and training guidelines, including fit testing for key personnel required to disinfect confirmed cases and issuing appropriate PPE.

A large portion of our client portfolio consists of healthcare systems and life science/ research firms, in addition to industries deemed as life-sustaining organizations that can provide essential services related to the COVID-19 response. We continue to support those organizations in fulfilling their mission of healing those that are impacted by this pandemic.

At this time, we stand ready to support you and your organization should a preventative cleaning or emergency response be required to keep your facility open and operating.

Our team is available to connect with you via phone and/or video conference for any questions or concerns that you may have.  Please call 866-642-7286 or visit us at www.bravobuildingservices.com for more information.

Wishing you safety and good health as we navigate this challenging time together.
