BRAVO! operates under a performance-based cleaning contract and Boston Properties contracts a third-party consultant to audit and validate the quality of the cleaning services on a monthly basis.
Within only a few short months BRAVO! has raised the bar significantly and has consistently met and exceeded the high expectations of this program. The audit for May 2011 was 99.5% and we would like to thank and congratulate our hardworking and dedicated staff.
