BRAVO!’s training program has successfully passed the Cleaning Industry Training Standard review and has been awarded CITS Verification. Verified programs form the basis for cleaning professional certification, allowing providers to give the benefit of certification directly through their training program.

In addition to meeting the relevant, category-specific standard, all programs must contain certain training best-practice elements. The best-practice elements include a document containing course name, time frame, objective, materials required, and lesson outline, as well as a comprehensive examination.
