BRAVO! is proud to announce its 2017 Award recipients. The annual awards recognize outstanding performance by individual BRAVO! employees who maintain high standards and unwavering excellence in service. The recipients attended a private dinner where they were presented with the following awards:
Safety Manager of the Year Award: Karla Calix, Site Manager RTP…Awarded to the manager who has made significant contributions to BRAVO!’s Safety Program and overall record.
Excellence in Leadership Award: Sylwia Bertini, Site Manager Urban Outfitters…Awarded to teammate who builds strong relationships, leads by example, delegates when necessary, consistently raises the bar, displays honest and ethical values, and pursues BRAVO!’s goal to always deliver superior customer service.
Hector Bonilla Humanitarian Award: Edgardo Alfaro, Corporate Office Mechanic…Awarded to the teammate who celebrates life, dedication, friendship, and team-spirit: qualities exhibited by our beloved Hector Bonilla who passed away in 2012.
Brenda Brown Employee of the Year Award: Robert Felipa, Dir. of Operations PA/DE/MD Region…Awarded to the BRAVO! teammate who best displays loyalty, dedication, and a willingness to endure until the job is completed to our customer’s satisfaction, without exception.
Special Projects Team of The Year: Capital One, Virginia…Awarded to the team who has achieved important accomplishments, such as support for a special event, emergency response, conflict or problem resolution, or any other challenges that they faced and resolved successfully as a team.
James Vosburg Mentoring Award: Joe Jacobs, Regional Vice President PA/DE/MD…Awarded to the teammate who takes the time to mentor and train other members of our team to develop them into “A” players in the spirit of Jim Vosburg.
Control Temp Mechanical Services “Star Technician” Employee of the Year Award: Jon Hryc, Technician…Awarded to the teammate who delivers exemplary performance in all aspects of the job.
Control Temp Mechanical Services “Star Service” Employee of the Year Award: Mark Sonne, Electrician… Awarded to the teammate who always gives 110% and performs above his regular job responsibilities to meet the customer’s needs.
