BRAVO!’s leadership team invited the annual award recipients to a private dinner where they were presented with the following awards:
Julio Gamboa, Safety Manager of the Year – Awarded to the Manager who has made significant contributions to BRAVO!’s Safety Program and overall record.
Carlos Estrada, Excellence in Leadership – Awarded to teammate who builds strong relationships, leads by example, delegates when necessary, consistently raises the bar, is honest, ethical, and pursues BRAVO!’s goal.
Yellane Morize, Hector Bonilla Humanitarian Award – Awarded to the teammate who celebrates life, dedication, friendship, and team-spirit: qualities exhibited by our beloved Hector Bonilla who passed away in 2012.
Kathy Trivino, Brenda Brown Employee of the Year – Awarded to the BRAVO! teammate who best displays loyalty, dedication, and a willingness to endure until the job is completed to our Customer’s satisfaction, without exception.
Special Projects Team, Team of The Year – Awarded to the team who has achieved important accomplishments such as support for a special event, emergency response, conflict or problem resolution, and any other challenges they faced and resolved successfully as a team.
John Healy, Control Temp Mechanical Star-Tech Award – Awarded to the teammate who exudes exemplary customer service, overall performance, and innovative ideas.
Jessie Warnick, James Vosburg Leadership Development – Awarded to the teammate who takes the time to train and develop other members of our team in mentoring them in becoming an “A” player in the spirit of Jim Vosburg.
Karen J. Martinez, CEO, commented “We are so proud to present these well-deserved awards to our outstanding BRAVO! team members and look forward to their continued success within our organization while they inspire others to follow their example.”
