Novel Coronavirus

Coronaviruses (CoV) are a large family of viruses that cause illnesses ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-CoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV). Level 1

Daily Disinfection of High Touch Points

  • Disinfection of high touchpoints such as doorknobs, handles, elevator buttons, tables, light switches, handrails, and any other surface frequently touched by users.
  • Disinfection of public areas such as restrooms, lunch areas, lobbies, and other common spaces.
  • A minimum of 3 times per day recommended.
  • This disinfection level can be implemented by either adding day staff members to support the disinfection process or adjusting current day porter schedules.
  • An additional cost to clients if adding tasks to the current scope of work plus supplies and chemicals.
  • PPE requirements: Goggles, gloves, and any other PPE required as per the product SDS.

    SOP Level 1 Disinfection

Level 2

Deep Cleaning Disinfection of Areas

  • Disinfection of complete or specific Areas as requested. This includes all exposed surfaces to include high touchpoints such as doorknobs, handles, elevator buttons, tables, furniture, light switches, handrails, and any other surfaces frequently touched by users.
  • Total disinfection of public areas such as restrooms, lunch areas, lobbies, and other common spaces.
  • The area must be empty.
  • An additional cost to clients plus supplies and chemicals.
  • PPE requirements: Goggles, gloves, and any other PPE required as per the product SDS.
