Sobeida Rivera receives CMI’s Custodial Technician Training Program-Advanced Levels

Bravo! Building Services, Inc. is pleased to announce today Sobeida Rivera has earned the “Certified Instructor” designation by the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI).

By passing CMI’s rigorous examination and satisfying all of the stringent criteria, Ms. Rivera becomes a “Certified Instructor” and will ensure each of our 85 employees assigned to the JP Morgan Chase portfolio in Wilmington, Delaware are trained in a consistent manner under the same format and programs. The CMI program meets the training requirement set forth by the ISSA’s Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS).

Ms. Rivera serves as Account Manager in our New Castle, Delaware office and reports to Robert Felipa, Director of Operations and Joe Jacobs, Regional Vice President.
