Recognizing excellence in the industry, an Office Building of the Year Award (BOMA - TOBY) is one of the most distinguished awards a building and management
team can be honored with. One of the real estate industry’s most prestigious award programs, the TOBY recognizes excellence in building management,
operational efficiency and community impact. Established by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International in 1984, the annual TOBY
awards process involves a rigorous review of all aspects of the applicant’s building. Local winners have the opportunity to advance to the regional and
international levels. At Bravo!, we have helped to achieve these awards for over five buildings and management teams in the following categories: Suburban Office Park,
Industrial Office Park, Corporate Facilities and Over 500,000 SF Building. We are proud to be the only company to achieve such success within the BOMA Real Estate Industry.
In July 2008, the Apartment and Office Building Association of Metropolitan Washington (AOBA) announced that 1700 K Street in
Washington, DC, managed by Vornado/Charles E. Smith and serviced by Bravo! Building Services was recognized as GRAND TOBY WINNER 250,000 – 499,999 SQ. FT.

Prudential Supplier of the Year On May 12, 2006, Bravo! Building Services was awarded the Gold Star Award from Prudential Financial for being their Supplier of the Year. The award
was presented at the Supplier Diversity Program held at the Marriott Marquis in New York City. We are proud to be Prudential's Supplier of the Year!
